At a recent luncheon, the folks who run www.franceguide.com, the French Government Tourism Office out of New York and Los Angeles and folks from Air France, Cannes, the Hotel du Palis in Biarritz, and Rail Europe, among others outlined what the tourist to France can expect in 2010.
